The Maple Terrace High Rise development is operated to provide housing to the elderly, near elderly and disabled. This 100 unit building offers one-bedroom apartments. An on-site Senior Nutrition Center provides hot meals for the residents while also providing for social interaction and physical activities such as grocery, bingo and periodic outings. Additionally, an in-house beautician is available. A very active resident council provides activities and events for residents to participate in if desired.

On-site laundry facilities are available to the residents as well as a computer lab, hair salon, activity room and pool tables. Each room is also equipped with an alarm system for residents to activate if they require assistance. A caretaker is available to assist residents when management is not available.
