Larzelere Avenue |
The 80 unit Larzelere housing development is located in mid South-Zanesville. The
Zane Plaza Shopping Center, doctors' offices, fast food restaurants, and grocery/convenience
stores mearby. Students attend Zanesville City Schools. The two, three, and four
bedroom apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and baths, washer/dryer hook-ups,
phone and cable connections, and full basements.
The residents enjoy planting flowers and decorating their yards as they wish. The
Larzelere Avenue community has playgrounds for the children, including small toys
for young children and larger toys for older children.

Baseball diamonds and basketball courts are also available. Benches are located
nearby so parents can observe their children at play. There is a shelter house for
outings, and it is also the location for the summer free-lunch program for children.
On site, in the Coopermill Manor, residents may take advantage of the James D. Singer
Activity Center for scheduled sports events and gatherings. Security officers and
police patrol to insure safety, and the friendly and efficient on-site maintenance
staff is always willing to help in any way they can. Rent is based on adjusted income.
Flat rents are also offered and are based on and income and bedroom size. Utilities,
including electric, water, and sewage, are the responsibility of the resident. |
